I love being a stylist, being creative, laughing with clients, crying with them too. I love the idea that the hair salon can be a nourishing environment. I love the possibility that the magazines can be rich with creativity and thoughtful articles and filled with inspiring people and places. I am crazy about a pile of books about self growth, organic foods, workout ideas, healthy living and funny stories. I believe that being wrapped in warm towels during your shampoo can change the course of a clients day and I love talking about how good getting HEALTHY makes me feel and how moving your body can inspire your spirit.
There’s a clear relationship between food & your state of mind! When you combine healthy, regular eating habits and a solid nutrition plan, you will experience an overall positive effect on your well-being. Proteins, vitamins, and a good source of fiber all have the power to boost your mood and allow you to focus on having a positive attitude; allowing you to FLOURISH!
Beauty tip: Remember to always love yourself. Love yourself from within and all the gifts that you have been given which bring out who you truly are. Therein lies your truest beauty. The place where you live at your highest, most captivating self is the place in which you feel… truly beautiful.
